So, whenever I stream 4k video on youtube, it lags. I'm pretty sure it's my laptop's crummy intel HD 5500, and not my internet speed

:6709245413.png But, there is a special meme that doesn't appear to lag. (probably because it has no one footage of anyone talking and there is no latency between sound to speech)
