Help on monitor and tv?

So I have just recently got an Asus VK278Q for $80 and hooked it up to my Xbox and pc but before I had the monitor I had my Xbox hooked up to my tv, my question is those anyone know if you can run the Xbox display through the monitor and tv at the same time? The reason I want to do this is because I sometimes watch tv shows on my Xbox and want to view it through my tv instead of a monitor. It would be a hassle for me to keep unplugging hdmi cables back and forth
