Opinions on the EVGA 1060 6GB

You can't go wrong with an EVGA card because of their top notch warranty.

Gtx 1060 is quite easy to cool. So as long as the price is right you can't go wrong with evga.

I'd recommend a used 900 series instead, but the 1060 isn't at all a bad card. Either way though, MSI's coolers are quieter and do a better job at keeping things cool. ASUS also delivers cooler operation, but at a higher noise level.

I wouldn't buy one for myself... if 1080ti is not an option,

wait to see what this 1070 ti is all about.. 

GPU is not something to settle on imo, get the absolute best within your budget.
