2k monitor

Hello! I am going to start streaming soon and I need some help. I am planning on buying this acer monitor: https://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA7RD5J63467t and I have no idea if it can run on my rig. Also I am planning to use my msi laptop as my broadcasting device and use my desktop as my gaming device and use a capture card on my laptop to stream and record videos at 1080p at 60fps. And finally, which capture card is the best quality to record 1080p 60fps videos? Please feel free to offer any questions or answers as I would appreciate every one of them. Thank you!

if you want to capture a 1080p image you should also be playing in 1080p or at the very least in the same aspect ratio.
