Should I buy a used pc?

I'm thinking of buying a used pc but not sure how I feel about it being used. I'm considering buying it since it's a good deal. The owner said it's in good condition she just doesn't use it anymore. The price is $1000

Specs:

i7 5820k

msi motherboard 

16gb ram

creative xfi sound card

samsung 500 gb ssd

1070  gpu founders edition
