Low to medium range pc

BartJohan

1. get a 8th gen core i3

2. the stock cooler that comes with the cpu is fine

3. use the money you saved with the cpu cooler for a gtx 1050, which is a lot faster (http://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1050-vs-AMD-RX-550/3650vs3925)

4. get a new mobo, that has the bare essential features on it that you need.

If she plans to download lots of things, best bet to change the SSD to a 2TB Hard Drive. And... where's the case?
