Will we ever see an OLED G-Sync monitor?

Does anyone here think we will ever see an OLED G-Sync monitor from the likes of LG? I think it would be amazing, low latency, best contrast ratios, etc, etc, etc.

No, no one wants or needs it, there are several discussions about this already on the forum. Long story short OLED is crap for a monitor, burn in problems like crazy.

OLED monitors aren't really great for PC use because unless you plan on actively doing something different every time you use it, there are loads of static elements on a PC that will cause burn-in.  That said, I haven't really found an issue with burn-in on OLEDs. But I also turn the brightness down to the minimum or close to it, which kind of limits its usefulness.

 

So basically at best, an OLED is great if you're planning to only turn it on and use it while you're gaming or consuming media, but that I imagine that gets annoying for a lot of people.

 

Also funny enough Dell stopped making their OLED Ultrasharp.

If the technologie improves, right now oled is still expensive and has burn in issues.
