Google Chrome wont work on a "smart TV"

So basically there is a presentation touch TV and it has android on it. We use it for presentations and YT.

I installed every possible browser under the sun from the playstore but it still doesnt launch or even show up on the apps list or programs folder and sideview launcher doesnt help either.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
