Instead of just listing parts with no explanation, tell us what is your budget and what is it that you intend to do with this PC.

RAM = go for cheap DDR3 ram should be cheap, PSU = I would always recommend EVGA G3 since it's the smallest PSU length ATM (I think) that's also fully modular and Gold.

Don't invest in the AM3+ platform. Invest in a newer one; if your budget can afford it, go for Ryzen (R3-1200) or if it's available, the Intel Pentium G4560.

With $500, you'll probably need to get a weaker GPU for the sake of having a balanced build that's still within your budget. So instead of the GTX 1060 3GB, get the GTX 1050Ti.

As for memory, 8GB of fast RAM is preferred but that could be a struggle with your budget. As for the PSU, the Corsair CX450/M should be a solid choice.

With the FX-6300, it won't make a difference. It was bottlenecking my R9 280, which is around as powerful as the 1050 Ti, in most titles. The AM3+ platform is dead, and investing any money into it at all is just a waste

the gpu is better but also depend on fact with which cpu you are pairing it. fx cant take the full advantage of your gpu plus its dead platform. the given build will be better in overall everything. side note, if that exceeds your budget then you can cut the ssd for now & add it later within a month maybe when you save..but ssd is recommended for snappy & fast system.

for ryzen 1200 , get any B350 atx/matx board that you find cheaper in your area preferably from asus or asrrock. but make sure you get "b350" board, not "a320".

any decent unit of 450w power supply will be plenty for you . corsair cxm units are cheaper & reliable. but here is psu tier list, try to get one between top 1-4 tiers if possible. each tier representing the reliability of units. you can check & buy seeing the list.
