I need a decent but affordable monitor for gaming

GraveNecro

So I'm on a low budget, just bought a new PC with a GTX1060 6GB for gaming, I've been searching for a an affordable monitor to pair with it, I came across this Asus VE247H and it only says it's got a 2MS, it doesn't show how many HZ exactly does it have, but very affordable, can anyone explain how many HZ exactly does a 2MS PC have? And can anyone recommend me a good 1080p Monitor below $300 to pair with my GPU? I would really appreciate the help.

Hz and ms response time are irrelevant of each other. A 60 Hz panel refreshes every ~16 ms. A 2 ms response time means that at the end of those ~16 ms, it will take about 2 ms to change the image on screen.

@Glenwing Correct me if I'm wrong.
