I'd personally go with the 144hz TN panel. Most TNs are pretty good on mid to high end monitors.

I wanna know, which one would be a better gaming monitor choice 

1. TN panel + 144hz + 1ms response time

2. IPS panel + 75hz + 5ms response time

tn panel is clearly better for gaming,

 

however if u prefer nice colors and view a ips panel is better

 

since u mention gaming 100% go for tn
