No, the Ryzen -X models don't come with a CPU cooler

I was sure it did, but PCPP says no.

 

Since I am to lazy to put something interesting here, I will put everything, but slightly abbreviated. Here is everything:

 Motherboard: ASRock B250M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard,

I don't think so, I was going to get 1600x but I heard it did not have a stockcooler then went for the normal ryzen 5 1600 non-x instead.
