Best silent case with a side panel window??

itslegendddd

A case IMO contributes minimally to the noise overall. Yes, the mounting system may have an impact but you should be looking more toward the PSU and GPU as a source of noise.

In any case; what's the budget and what do you have to fit in there? ATX board? mini ITX? Dual 120mm AIO cooler?

Fractal Design Define R4? Antec P280?
Yup either one of those are good. I personally don't like the R4. Went to my local computer shop and they have cases on display. Messed around with it for a bit and didn't like the plasticy feel of it. They should be selling that case for far less imo.

I got about $150 to spent I got a ATX board and im buy a either a Corsair H80 or H100 which fits best for the case. I am also buying Enermax T.B. Silence 120mm fans for the entire case including the cooler. So I guess the question has switched to whats the best case for $150?
