buying PC Parts now or wait till christmas

Hi,

I'm building a PC and need parts. (True story :D )

Should i wait till christmas or are they cheaper now?
What are your experiences in pricing before/after christmas for a specific part?
(e.g buying a case now, on black friday or new year)

Got my 2 monitor ~40€ cheaper cause package is damaged. But for a new pc used parts or slightly damaged are off limit, so no outlet or rebuilt shop.

PS: No interest in maybe slightly better performance/tech, money rules this build

Thanks for your replys

We don't know but there are more deals then than in anyother day. I sign up for the newest newsletter for emails in deals on Newegg itmes.

Or I just add stuff to my cart on amaIn I want and if the price lowers it raises I get an email about an item in my cart changing price.

Eh, Black Friday/Cyber Monday rarely puts out anything that's actually worth getting. You're not going to find a GTX 1080 or even last gen's CPUs for more than what they would've gone on sale for on a regular sale. I feel like it's just stores trying to dump their unpurchased stock.

There's no harm in waiting, but don't expect to build an amazing PC for 30%+ off after the dust settles.

Yes, wait to get the case during a sale of some sort at least, if this were anything else i think it would be safe to say that mostly everything would be at a reduced price but in terms of tech this isn't always the case as prices may actually rise due to demand as you have said.

trust me with a 500-750 budget with periphery i don't expect anything great.

but 10% off overall could be an ~200gb boot SSD

it more about,

ssd now 80

ssd 3 weeks befor cyber mondey 110

ssd on cyber mondey 90

would show as 30 bucks discount and i lost (well my friend) 10 bucks

and shop sales are not really n option, it will be one big box, a screwdriver and some time.
