Some buttons randomly shake

Sorry, that sounds like it's almost certainly a browser rendering bug (make sure your video card drivers are up to date, try toggling the state of hardware acceleration in Chrome), so there's not much I will be able to do.

Sometimes, for no apparent reason, the buttons such as the orange bar under "forums" and the notifications and mail buttons just randomly vibrate. Why? Thanks

If I can get a video, I will, but I didn't have OBS on my laptop and like I said, it's completely random.
