So this issue started yesterday; after no noticeable differences made to the computer that would even remotely influence clipboard.

 

I run windows 10 Pro 64 bit. I thought it would just be fixed by a quick windows update; Updated but the same thing is happening.

 

Its driving me absolutely freaking mentally insane. I can cut with Ctrl+X; But when i press Ctrl+V nothing happens, when i right click to click on Paste - its grayed out as if nothing was copied.

 

Does it on Notepad.exe, Chrome, Steam, name an app and it cant copy and paste to it.

 

Please i request of the techiest of techs to answer how i can fix
