[Massdrop] Nixeus EDG 27-Inch IPS WQHD FreeSync 144Hz Monitor $390

Every monitor I find in this price range is either not 144hz, doesnt have free sync or isnt IPS panel. Downside to this is no international shipping :(

Another downside is it being on massdrop

Just a question. I have never bought from Massdrop, but they seem like a good company. Is it something bad with it, other than if not enough people buy u will lose money?

Some orders fail to be delivered. Orders take 1-3 months to deliver

The downside to massdrop is:

1: Long delays in shipment. Often times it's a month from when you place the order till it arrives on your door step, and in some cases it's over six months (though this is due to manufacturing, and less so on the part of the company)

2: Warranties. A lot of products offer warranties through massdrop, but many also do not. Massdrop will direct you to the "manufacturer's warranty" or something if you need help with a product.

3: International shipping. A lot of the bigger products that are really wanted (for example, deals on good office chairs) are not available outsides the continental US because of shipping and handling fees

Part of the reasons thing take so long to ship is Massdrop will work with the company directly to get the order, which often requires manufacturing time, as in most cases companies dont have inventory lying around (sometimes they do though) and additionally everything must be shipped to massdrop and be sorted before being shipped out. This adds at least a week usually to shipping times. Recently a lot of their offers can either be competed with, matched or even beaten by amazon, which of course has prime shipping.

Ah. OK. Yeah. The thing that turned me off buying there was that it was about saving 10 bucks by buying from a company I didn't know. Thought it would be better to just order from Amazon. And I needed it pretty soon, so it was good I didn't order there
