shouldn't be a problem, it's not like mixing metals where you end up with corrosion

Tubes are fine to mix and match. its the metals you absolutely do not want to mix and match.

PETG and acrylic is no problem, your resevoir and if you have a clear gpu or cpu block are most likely acrylic anyway, so mixing PETG and acrylic is no problem

@Zic05, a problem would arise depending on the coolant used because acrylic can discolor with some coolant variations.

A water-cooled mid-tier gaming PC.

And on the other hand you will have problems with PETG if you would use glycol based coolants...
