Mic and Speaker not in device manager

Hey guys, 

Im troubleshooting for someone else, with an Acer Switch One 10 model SW1-011, windows 10. The mic and speakers aren't showing up in device manager even though I have done the following. 

 

  • Gone to see disabled devices in recording devices 
  • Installed new drivers provided by Acer

Are you talking about device manager or audio devices? And if it is device manager, do they still show in audio devices?

The integrated mic & speaker don't show up in either of those.
