Is The Windows 10 Task Manager supposed to have the Background and 'Regular' Tasks combined into one list?

If you're looking for a Win7 and older style list, click the "Details" tab

If you're talking about separate "Apps" and "background tasks" on this screen, you need to sort by name for that

There is no seperate background task section. Is this a new 'feature' or is this a bug? If it is intentional, can I revert it back? Thanks.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.
