Nicehash or ethermine

Hi, i was thinking what should i use?
If i use nicehash i can set my wallet to my address like coins.ph where i can directly withdraw btc into cash
but if i use ethermine i would use an eth wallet then use shapeshift to convert it into btc and then withdraw it from coins.ph (this would cost fee) but nicehash also cost fee.
so what should i use? i mean i don't really know how the fee are calculated so i don't know how to calculate which will be less consuming fee.
