slow web browsing Pleaaase HELP !!!!!!!!

alright for now i feel like I want to through my rig out of my room window 

I'm not a gamer I game only about 2 hours per week or so but I open a lot of browsing tabs maybe more than 50 tab but when I open lot of tabs my browser go super slow even scroll will jump tabs switching hangs and my CPU go about 30% usage and ram about 60% usage I use chrome or Firefox or edge it's the same is there anything to make me able to open 100 tab without hangs 

 

ADSL speed: 21 Mbps  download speed about (2 MB/s)

CPU: I7-3770K @ 4.1GH

GPU: MSI GTX 1080TI

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 2400MHz 

MB: asus sabertooth z77

Sound card: asus xonar dsx

Boot Drive: Samsung 950 PRO Series - 256GB PCIe NVMe - M.2 Internal SSD running on  ( Asus Accessory Hyper M.2 X4 Mini Card M.2 to 32Gbit/s)

PSU: Seasonic M12II EVO Edition 750W '80 Plus Bronze' Fully Modular Power Supply

What's your network and disk usage like? How big is the pagefile on your drive?

Intel(R) 82579V Gigabit Network Connection and only one PC is connected via Ethernet cable  
pagefile is automatic 2370MB and whatever I'm doing page file usage is 3%
