Where to buy this car charger?

I need to find a car charger with these exact specifications, and I have no idea where to look. I saw some on ebay that might work but I want a high quality one.

 

The last time I bought a car charger on ebay it started smoking when I was on the highway

 

Specs:

 

9vdc charger with 400mA

4.75mm outer/ 1/7mm inner plug (with the inner tip set to positive)

 

I'd prefer one with right angle connector and a coiled cable. It only needs to be like 1.5 or 2 feet

Yeah the odds of someone else using that exact specs are very small. 

 

Your best bet is simply to keep trying ones you find. Make sure to buy from places that have good return policies so you can return ones that don't work.
