My new r5 1600 on stock is reporting 3.4ghz (boost is 1-2 core on 3.7ghz). Shouldn`t stock be on 3.2ghz?

It'll boost below the max sometimes which is why you'll see over 3.2.

Boost. Depending on how many Cores are "used", it will boost differently.

only 1 Core boosts higher, compared to when all 6 cores are under Load.

Pro-Tipp:

No reason NOT to try OC ^^

1.225 Volt and 3500-3600 Mhz. Probably even 3700 might work. But 3600 is a nice little boost).

Power consumption should not rise noticeably there, and heat also, since voltage stays the same~

But you might get a nice performance boost.

I think 6-core Ryzen CPUs with XFR, if thermals permit while not overclocked, will boost one core to 3.7GHz, three cores to 3.6GHz, or all six to 3.4GHz.  I may be wrong, but I think that's how it works.  XFR is disabled if you overclock.
