No signal TV

Mraw

When I connect my laptop to a TV via HDMI it shows up in display settings and I made sure its on extend.  However on the TV it says no signal, its not the TV or the Cord because it works fine on my other laptop.  I've uninstalled the Intel 520 graphics and updated the Nivdia ones with no luck.

Specs:  Acer E5-575G-53VG-US

Processer:  I5 6200u

Graphics: Nivdia 940MX and Intel 520

Actually, it might be the HDMI cable. Some displays are kinda sensitive to the cable.

On the other hand, your resolution and/or fps settings could be out of range for the screen. Try changing those to a really low level and see if it picks up.

Tried setting resolution to low level and tried 3 HDMI cables but I know they worked because I tested them on my desktop.

What else should I try?  I also tried a second TV with no luck.

I uninstalled the Intel Graphics drivers and reinstalled them with no luck.
