Is this a good thermal paste

Hi i have brought a thermal paste and it is good or not for my amd fx 4300 and stock cooler

 

Thermal Conductivity: >1.93W/m-k

Thermal Resistance: <0.225°C-in2/W

And my CPU fan does not spin need to rotate manually Temp:78-91oC

What paste is it? Conductivity is low compared to ICDiamond or MX4 or Arctic Silver 5

What's the brand? My general theory is that as long as it comes in a syringe and not a bucket, it's at least ok. I bought a 30g tube of stuff from a company called Banggood off of Amazon. It's not spectacular, but it works well enough for low-budget builds on 65W-ish chips that I've stopped using up pricier MX-4 on them.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

Emphasis on "known" brands. There are plenty of crappy Chinese pastes out there (and even some name brands like Masscool and ID) that are absolute garbage. Linus actually did an ok video on the golden bucket crap.

maybe go to a building store of computers and ask them to cover ur cpu with a good thermal paste for some fee

i went various computer shop they use that same thermal paste that i brought nothing special

well if ur fan doesn't spin good its a problem cuz the heat pipes wont get cooled

i tell you this so 1 day cpu fan does not spin and shut down automatically and i dont know then i notice that cpu fan is not working so i open the case rotate the fan manually with my hand and spin and stop for few millisecond and it gain speed so i see that at 4000+ rpm and temp of 78+oC at idle and when i close my case it will not spin so i again spin manually it is how it work

ur cpu can die easy
