Whats the difference between AB350 and B350?

as in asrock ab350? that's just a b350 motherboard iirc

its a320 that you should look out for, that's the one that you shouldn't buy (no overclocking, b350/x370 can overclock)

Thats pretty much the question.
I cannnot find a conclusive answer.
Is it a b350 with some extra buzz or can you really not overclock on one of those?

AB350 is just a name some manufacturers like Asrock give to B350 motherboard (AMD B350, anticipating intel's B350 chipset)

a320 you cannot overclock that is only available on b350 and x370 chipsets. features on the motherboard get better and you get more of them if you get the next tier chipset Worst a320--->b350--->x370 Best

AB350 is a jumbo jet, while B350 is the chipset made by AMD.

AB stands for AirBus

So the Takeaway is that asrock wants to be a snowflake and calls their b350 boards ab350

which luckly are not based on the a320 chipset (wich cant oc)

So look at the number and not the letter
