Windows 10 Account Unlink

alexc026

I accidentally linked my microsoft account with windows 10

I would like to remove the account from windows

I searched online for how to do this and it says there should be an option to either create a local account or a button that says remove microsoft account in windows settings but neither of these options appear for me

Any help is greatly appreciated
