Looking for a pencil/mouse for taking notes and school

Some random guy 23424234

Hi all,

So right now, im bringing my laptop to University to takes notes. I do not have a touch screen and its kinda hard drawing stuff with my mouse/trackpad. I dont want to buy those pencil mouse that need a dedicated pad underneath. Do you know any cheap alternative (like under 50 CAD preferably). I just need something simple to scribble down some notes. (touchscreen laptop is out of question :p)

Something like this

Well my best solution would be like 4 composition books, if your really a writing person, they cost about 25 cents a piece so about a dollar total, i don't think theres any cheap pen options for screens and ive heard they all suck so id reccomend either typing or composition

Omega-  I5 6600k | Gigabyte GTX 1060 | Cougar Panzer | DDR4 16GB 3000MHz | MSI Z170 Gaming M5

               EVGA 650 GQ | AOC 60Hz Freesync Panels x2 | AOC 144hz Freesync Panel x1

Epsilon- I7 2700k | Asus GTX 970 | Corsair 780t | DDR3 8GB 1600MHz | EVGA Z68 FTW Mobo

               Corsair 750W G2 | Acer R240HY x2

Upsilon- i7 5500u | 6GB DDR3 | 720p 60Hz panel

Ya, I'm pretty much taking typing on my computer and drawing in a book. Was curious if anyone had a alternate way for doing so. Thx anyway

@Kevinhkn you could always buy an artists tablet or a small portable touchscreen monitor but both of these options would make your experience a little more complicated and a little less portable

Why not use something like one note that syncs and just draw on your phone

My life
