Switch on my car's tv

So my car has a display on the back of the front headrest, so, i was wondering, could I plug my swtch into it?

the only problem is it has AV ports rather then HDMI or any modern connection. So, does anyone know some good dongles to help?

you should note though that headrest screen will be pretty awful quality if it's only capable of analog input.
