Weird Transparent Patch On My Touch Screen Laptop

Hey guys, I have a laptop (Dell Latitude E7240) it has a weird patch on its screen, I usually keep my laptop in my bag but one day I just opened my laptop and saw this weird patch on it, It doesn't affect my touch screen or anything , what is it and how can I fix it?

looks like an air bubble , you should be able to buy a replacement screen on ebay from a dead unit.
