How to transfer Clash of Clans data to a new device?

So I've already tried doing the I game feature, but it says I need to sign into Game Center on both devices even though I am. Thoughts? Thanks!

You may have to sign out or delete the game on the other device

The only reason I'm here is that I have homework that I don't want to do

 

PC  Specs   CPU: Intel Celeron N3060 |GPU: Intel HD graphics 400 |RAM: 2 gigs  |STORAGE: 16 gigs

 

 

It took me half an hour to find where to change my signature :(

Which platform? if iphone I have no idea... but might be an idea to just sign onto phone with same account info and see if it's there maybe?

If Android then you don't need to transfer data as the data is synced with google account.

The old one. This is just a theory though. Im hoping that it comes up with a notification that says something like "you have an existing village, would you like to download it?"
