Should I replace This monitor

Currently got a 29" 29UM67-P 2560x1080 IPS a 1920x1080 21" IPS and 1920x1080 TN screen.

 

I've being looking into 4K a bit and maybe an upgrade from my 2560x1080 to 3440x1440 100Hz but is insanely expensive. 

Got about 500USD to spend. Wanted to replace one of my 1080P TN Monitors with a 4K IPS one but is it worth it? Use it mostly for watching video are reading stuff. It's my left side monitor.

Or should I replace my ultrawide with an 2560x1440 144Hz as I do play a lot of games but I will lose Ultrawide which is a almost instant deal-breaker.

You would think Ubisoft would support the Bulldozer based architectures more given their digging themed names like bulldozer, Piledriver, Steamroller and Excavator.
