Vega 64 Overclock strange?

TheUzu
Go to solution Solved by G27Racer_188,

Right I've just recently gotten round to overclocking my Vega 64 and the results seem to go against what I've seen elsewhere.

The core clock is reporting as 1980mhz in fire strike ultra and looking at WattMan it stays solid while running the Firestrike Ultra run.

OC settings are simply.

+25% Frequency

+30% Power

3D Mark score

Do I have some kind of Holy Grail or am I missreading something?????

Clock reporting on Vega is sketchy. And no, your card isn't doing 1900 MHz. Probably somwhere around 1700 or lower.

Just now, TheRandomness said:

Basically this. Gamer's nexus did a video on the clock bug @S.Stephenson

I'll have a look at the video and see whats going on then, but I am seeing big gains.
