Unfortunately, you aren't going to get a decent gaming laptop for $350. You will need to raise your budget.

A 350$ laptop is fine for school, don't expect much if any game performance out of it. Laptops at this price point are running vastly underclocked chips with no graphics card; you'll be able to play games but likely at low settings to achieve 30-50FPS.

That said, I'd wait for Mobile Ryzen. It's right around the corner and looks to be just as good value as desktop Ryzen.

you dont actaully start getting to the "budget gaming laptops" until you get to the 850$ price range. Then stuff starts coming with 1050/970m

Current: R2600X@4.0GHz\\ Corsair Air 280x \\ RTX 2070 \\ 16GB DDR3 2666 \\ 1KW EVGA Supernova\\ Asus B450 TUF

Unfortunately, your best bet is the used market. Many new laptops in that price range are lower end laptops with a Core i3 and an integrated Intel HD Graphics GPU.

Yes, they can game, but only on some titles that don't stress the CPU and GPU much, if at all. Start going into more intensive titles and it can turn into an unplayable slideshow.

Check the used market.

You're going to have to scour Craiglist to find a used laptop at the price point you need, and even then you'll have to cross your fingers and try to sob story someone into coming way, way down. A true gaming PC capable of what you're asking would need something like a GTX 960M or better, and those still go for hundreds of dollars more than you're looking to pay.

What you've listed there will be capable of some very, very basic gaming, but it's not going to be nearly capable of what you're looking for. R7 graphics does not mean R7 370. It means something more like R7 240, if even that.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

Also dont expect "medium settings at 50fps or better" for games like overwatch and rocket league, I ran a $700 laptop without a dedicated gpu and League of Legends barely ran at 50fps, and that game is one of the least graphically demanding games in existance.

just find a used laptop with an amd apu or a 950/960m they're pretty cheap now. It's just going to take a bit of searching for a good deal.

If you're looking for new ones, you're out of luck. "Decent" new gaming laptop right now starts about $600 and that's with Nvidia MX 150 (the GT 1030 equivalent). The laptop you're currently considering might not do you good if you're expecting to play those games at 50fps avg on medium settings. It might be playable but it won't be an enjoyable one. If you can't increase your budget, used market would be your best bet.
