Apple Watch would be good, but out of your budget. Fossil makes a few good ones that are long-lasting (1.5 days) and work as part of a suit unlike other watches.

Grab a used Apple Watch or Gear S2.Both are great and will fulfill all your needs perfectly well. I went with the Gear S2 because it's actullay a functioning timepiece

Oh, well in that case, I'd either go with a Pebble Time, or just buckle up and buy a refurbished Apple Watch. Don't get me wrong - I've had a chance to play with the Galaxy Gear Live and Motorola 360, but was not impressed in any way by their design, battery life (lasted less than 12 hours in most cases), and software.
