Will the contac silent 12 be better than the stock cooler, im getting the ryzen 1600

Eh probably not worth it. You can probably hit a 3.7+ oc on the stock. And it has rgb

It's probably not significant of an upgrade to switch. What don't you like about the stock cooler?

It might cool a bit better, but in my experience Thermaltake fans tend to get loud when they are actually doing something.
