Intel Extreme Tuning Utility Restarts Every Close

My XTU keeps asking me to participate in the collection program, and never saves anything, including the monitor. It's a fresh install basically and I don't know how to fix it.

CPU: Intel Core i7-6700HQ (Undervolted -0.150mv)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

RAM: 16GB DDR4

MOBO: Alienware 17 R4

Storage (Boot): Samsung 960 EVO 250GB (M.2 NVME)

Storage (Games): Samsung 850 EVO 1TB (SATA III)

Storage (Backups): Sandisk X400 128GB (M.2 SATA)

Display: HP Omen 25” 144Hz 1080p

Just making sure. You are using latest version and have tried to reinstall with profiles/settings deleted already? I just tested it with reinstalling latest version and had no issues. The survey dialog has Do not show this again box to tick.
