Need help with TFV12 Tank

I have just swapped out an old coil from my TFV12 and popped a new one in, the thing is, on the coil it says 0.15ohms and on the mod, whenever I disconned and reconnect a tank it asks if it's a new coil or not, so I pressed yes and it threw my ohms up to 0.17, is that dangerous since the coil says 0.15 or am I just panicking for no reason?
