Doesn't mobile Core i3 cpus have Turbo frequency?

Hey, what's up

I've always thought that a core i5, i7 "U" were basically an i3 "U" but with a slightly higher frequency.

But today I was checking Intel arc and I looked for i3-7100u and i5-7200u, they're both dual cores, same cache, same max memory, etc, the only difference I saw was that i3 is 2.4ghz and i5 is 2.5ghz but it has turbo freq up to 3.1ghz. I3 didn't have a turbo frequency, at least at its website.
What do you think about it?

Is it worth it, in that case to go for an i5,i7?

Yup, mobile i3 does not have turbo, that's one of the things it's missing
