Motherboard - cooler compatibility question

Does the Gigabyte F2A78M-HD2 work with the cooler master hyper 212 Evo and if not what cooler do you recommend for the same price.

i would recomend going to the used market and takeing a look for coolers, you could probably get a Shadow Rock 2 for $20 if there are any, otherwise similar coolers should cost around the same amount. if you just want new parts then the Hyper 212 Evo is probably your best bet. the cooler will work on that motherboard

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Where are you shopping/located and what cpu are you cooling?
