one more display ....

hello,

i want to buy a new monitor to have a setup with two monitors, but i want to game only on one of them. is it possible to add another GPU just for that monitor ? ( i don't want the second monitor to effect the preformance )

no, secondary monitor barely drops your frames, maybe if you got 60fps you'll get 59.99fps with that secondary monitor attached, assuming you have a GT 210 that is underclocked

 

you can game with only one monitor.

you dont drop any framerate unless your GPU is a lot worse then a 8800GT lol, even that would be fine with dual displays

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
