Audio not working [TroubleShooting]

I currently have a problem with my audio and mic on my PC.

I only recently built it in march of this year and there's already problems.

Whenever i play games or things that push the computer harder than lets say a YouTube video, the audio and mic stop working but doesn't say "headphones disconnected". I've checked and reinstalled the drivers, everything is fine driver wise. This problem only happens when the fans start exhausting warm air although this never happened before until a week ago.
