640GB SSD?

Something bothering me. I noticed no one make 640GB SSD. Why'd no one make 640GB SSD? It supposed easy to figure it out like 32GB NAND memory chip x 20, 64GB x  10,. or something like this.

I would assume that nobody bothered. If you need 600 gigs over 500 you probably also need 750 or a tb

If I'm not mistaken HP makes them for their enterprise goodies, but I bet for consumers it just makes more sense to go with a 750GB SSD.

A 640GB SSD would be such a nice compromise between 500GB not being enough and 1TB being too expensive tbh

The more variations there are in products, the higher the manufacturing cost. They just don't think there's a big enough gap to fill between 500GB and 750GB
