Idle temps on a Ryzen 5 1600

Hello,
I recently got a Ryzen 5 1600, and on idle, my fan runs anywhere from 1000-1150 RPM and my temps stay around 40-45C, but bare in mind that my room temps are very high, probably around 30C.
Are my idle temps okay? Under load it never throttles. It currently runs at stock, but I am planning on overclocking, which should be possible with The Wraith Spire cooler, but I am kind of worried about doing it. Is it safe considering my current temps? Or do idle temps even matter that much?
Thank you for any answers.

How about full-load temperature?

I usually have 40-45C on idle-ish 7600k @4.8ghz ?(room temp 27ish). Basically you would never see anything below 35C under normal circumstances

that idle temp is fine considering what you mentioned

the Wraith Spire is OK for mild overclocks or chips that can overclock on low voltage but I just tested about 6 coolers with my Ryzen 5 1600 and even a $35 single tower cooler was a solid improvement over the Spire

Are you Jerry Neutron? I've been watching your content for ages, I remember buying an XFX RX 470 after watching your video.
I might move to a beefier tower style cooler but considering I have a basic B350 board with a basic power delivery system (MSi B350 Tomahawk), I doubt my OC will be much better, but at least the PC will be quieter. Thanks for the help.

Under 60C, usually 58 while stressing it using AIDA64.

Just curious, what cooler are you using?

Good enough for overclocking. While the lower the better, just keeping temps under 80C full load is fine.

Got a 212 EVO and a Liquid Master 240 both are great but the AIO is just better for cooling.
Running a 3.9hgz OC i idle around 40c with room temps being about 20c ish, load I do about 71C.
