Alternative to Windows Performance Monitor in Server 2012?

I was wondering if theres a better and/or more usful software out there that does what windows Performance Monitor does.

I want to know if windows performance monitor is the best choice for windows server 2012 R2 or if theres something better for the use of monitoring resource usage and the programs/applications running on the server.

 

Anybody knows?

yes but is there one from a third party that does it better or does the included tools like performance and resource monitor do it the best already on win 2012 R2???
