Dell PE R210 ii config

So I'm getting a Dell PE R210 ii today. Not sure what the specs are. Mostly likely a 4 core Xeon of some type. Right now I'm running my DC of a Dell OptiPlex 790 SFF and it also is running my exchange server on a VMware workstation. 

 

Do you guys think I should use the PE 210 ii as the DC and the 790 as the Exchange?
