Maybe grab a used 980ti and something else? But out of those 2 I would get a 1060 6gb for sure

used 980 ti's are like $300 at least.

a used/refurb 980 is more in his price range, i've seen them open box for ~$220 usd

Which GPU should I get?. I am on a budget and could get a 1060 3GB dual fan (from anyone). Or get a 1060 6GB single fan. I would really hate to get a single fan due to temperatures but I think that the 6GB would be beneficial.

Would it pair well with a Ryzen 5 1600?

it sure would, the 980 is about equivalent to a 1060 6gb, only main difference is that it draws more power.

Seeing that I have a 650W PSU, do you think it would be sufficient?

Would you mind linking a place to buy used 980ti? Ive searched Ebay and most go for about $250-$350 sadly. I was really looking for one around $260 max, but if you can link me a card for $220 I'd greatly appreciate it.
