Issues streaming Rainbow 6 Siege

Hi, 

I've recently got into streaming to twitch. As my channel is small, I can stream any game and get the same activity in chat and viewer count (basically none LUL).

Anyways, I really enjoy playing RB6 Siege and I tried streaming it the other day; this issue is that while I'm getting 100+ fps in game, my stream is dropping countless frames, to a point where is looks like a slow slide show with my voice in the background.

Is there any thing I can do settings wise, or is it time for an upgrade?

Need Specs and software, and the settings in the program

your bit rate / other setting are toohigh try lowering those

Here is some more info in case they're useful:

My Specs: i5 4670k, GTX 770 Lightning, 16GB RAM, stored on an SSD.

OBS Settings: 1080p base scaled to 720p output at 29.97fps, Bitrate: 2500KB/s, Encoder Preset: Very Fast
