Can't stream for more than 11 minutes?

My Laptop won't stream videos for more than about 11 minutes, whether i'ts netflix, youtube, or gomovies. When i restart it it works fine again, until about another 11 minutes of streaming, and then it stops. Reloading pages doesn't help, and neither does using other streaming services. It's as if i have a limited amount of data every time it boots up, and as soon as it's used, I cant stream anything anywhere. However, this does not affect any other browsing experiences. Anyone have an idea what might be the problem? (have tried in 3 different peoples homes, it's not the internet).

Windows 10 Pro 64bit, 8Gigs of ram, no dedicated graphics card, the CPU is a 6200U from intel. have had the Laptop for about a year though, and the problem is only about a week old. Also it seems that if I wait long enough, it allows me to stream for a couple of minutes again until it stops, without requiring a restart.
